What pace do you do your warm up/cool down at? Is this around 4min pace?
Great effort in the 8 x1km - can't believe the 5th one was good. Means you were very consistent with still plenty in the tank. Well done. Your blog is just mind boggling me with your efforts.
Hi guys, warm-up is closer to 4 min/km pace and the warm-down is closer to 5 min/km pace because I am buggered. It helps to have other people around when you are training, so you can gauge your speed. Keep up the training, I hope Pat Carroll has been pushing you to your goals!
I started off running, only because I was good at it, and with little training I did ok. It took me too long to take it seriously though, with work pressures I have finally managed to improve and would love to make an Australian team one day, that is before life and work take over again.
