easy run and weekly summary

4:40PM - 11km tonight through Epping.

Weekly summary - 221km week 10 out of 18, and end of the strength phase.
Start of the speed phase. Felt real flat after the Sutho to Surf, really noticed it on Saturday either that or my training week was too hard. Good Sunday long run, which I was happy about and looking for a normal week and a PB on Saturday at Lane Cove.
