weekly summary

Massage late Sunday.

228km for the week. Week 7 out of 18 on track towards Berlin.
Probably best effort for training so far, felt inspired and had lots of energy.
Was feeling a bit tired by Thursday night, but felt really good by Sunday.
Need to improve on stretching and perhaps some more core stability exercises.
Ready for a good race at the Short XC next weekend.
