6:30pm - 5 km warm-up, then 6.2km during 20 minute Mona Fartlek, did 9:20 for 3km on outward leg, and passed starting point with last 15 sec recovery. Did it around the bay, 4km warm-down. Covered 15km
I started off running, only because I was good at it, and with little training I did ok. It took me too long to take it seriously though, with work pressures I have finally managed to improve and would love to make an Australian team one day, that is before life and work take over again.
