a few posts short

after finding the internet, eventually.
Fri pm - 60 minutes around Nth Head, b4 massage.
Sat am / 3 by 8minutes progressive around a wet Centennial park with Jan-Willem and Chris.
Sun am 1 hour 45 minutes around the dirt trails of Hunter Valley. Enjoyed the change of scenery.
Weekly Summary - taper 2 of 3
143km, very happy with the way things are going. Still a bit stiff in glutes and a bit of residual, will work on flexibility and leg conditioning.

Mon am - arrving in Berlin, the hotel very close to Tiergarten and an easy 40 minute run at 11am after getting to the hotel. Was very cool running through the trails. What a great place to train.

Yes, all the best for a great race.

I'm sure there'll be more than the odd Cool Runner or Strider that will be thinking of you on the 25th.

Good running and good luck (not that luck should come into it).
