Mon pm - 57 minutes at good speed around home, dodging Water dragons on the bush paths.
Tues pm - Felt a little crook after some dodgy prawns at a business lunch. Went to Dunbar Oval in Ryde. 4 by 800m under 70s a lap, with 70s rest. 6 by 400m in about 65, with 70s rest. Long jog there and home. A hot one.
Wed am - A warm morning with Dennis and Cam. 46 minutes for 11km around the Bay. Lots of fair weather runners out there.

Hi Glen,
Mapped out the escarpment classic on Google earth for you but it got wiped!
Suffice to say it starts at sea level...high point 445m ASL runs up and down a mountain pass.Stunning views from the lookout 90% bush trails.
Fats would win normally if he wasn't tapering for Kepler.Enjoyable run (Hehe!) i am using it as 6' training.
Cheers R2B
Went back and did it again but very roughly this time!!
