Weekly summary

Lowest milage, 3 jogs for the week. 35km. Legs feel real good.
Next to incorporate a bit of stretching and leg strength into my off season.
Hoping to lineup at Homebush next Sat, but not expecting much just a nice morning run.

Another month of that training and you'll need the 40 min pacer to get you thru 10k at Lane Cove !
