slowly back

Well relos in town, people to meet and lots of food to eat.
Starting again is not too bad, just need to work off the Kg's and work on the speed.

Mon lunch - 45 minutes - 11km around work
Tues am - 38 min - 9km around home.

Session tonight and will keep going through the Lane Cove 10km.

Aiming towards Rotterdam in April at this stage.
