Well relos in town, people to meet and lots of food to eat.
Starting again is not too bad, just need to work off the Kg's and work on the speed.
Mon lunch - 45 minutes - 11km around work
Tues am - 38 min - 9km around home.
Session tonight and will keep going through the Lane Cove 10km.
Aiming towards Rotterdam in April at this stage.

Feast...
Well Ramadhan is over and the official training program begins on Monday. So in the meantime just getting the fitness back up again this week, maybe a Mona Fartlek Thurs night.

Still taking it easy
21km for the week, struth.
Will try and get back up to 100km this week with 1 or 2 shorter sessions.
Still feeling good and ready for another marathon campaign. Lots of motivation after watching the TV on Sunday morning.

Deciding to take it easy
Thurs pm - Rode home from work, a lazy 30 minute run afterwards and the breaking fast.
Will miss the 10km on the weekend and go for a lazy ride with the wife. Good to be easing things down for a few weeks.

Well its difficult for weird reasons
The glute still causing grief and need to do strengthening and stretching work. I have bad internal rotation on the left leg, causing grief over long runs.
Tues pm - run home from work, 52 min = 13km.
Wed am - ride to work. Run after dinner, 32 m = 8km. Had trouble with run after a hefty dinner.
Doubtful starter on Sat, as eating a full breakfast at 3:30am might lead to some trouble in the race.

Weekly summary
Lowest milage, 3 jogs for the week. 35km. Legs feel real good.
Next to incorporate a bit of stretching and leg strength into my off season.
Hoping to lineup at Homebush next Sat, but not expecting much just a nice morning run.
