Well Monday was a fast 35 minute run covering 8km.
Tuesday a slow 30 minutes at lunch time about 6 km.
Tuesday night, a session at Homebush, 10 by 400 with 100m rest in 71-75 on a very wet track.

What's the next major goal, Guz?
To feel like I can train back to normal again. The major goal could be anything from 6 foot, to Canberra, GC or Sydney. Will probably have no Annual leave to go anywhere else this year. What would you recommend?
Given your road marathon is quicker than Dan Green's, or Paul Arthur's, and given you have trail racing form at Mt Wilson-Bilpin, it'd be fascinating to see you tackle 6FT.
