1 step fwd 1 step back

Well 124 ks for the week, but Sunday had to miss as pulled up very sore after Saturday. Still not feeling too good in the knee on Monday.

Thurs 40 minutes am, 8 by 3 minutes on, 90 sec float, covering the Lane Cove 10km course in 34:10.
Fri 45 minutes am, 60 minutes pm
Sat 40 minutes am, 30 minute tempo in Nelson Bay.
Sun - rest
