back and running...
A nice 36 minute run around Chatswood yesterday to test the knee out. Supposed to be at the knee specialist this morning after waiting for 2 weeks and he was sick!! Just what I need. Anyway it seems to be on the improve and will run again today and perhaps for longer.

injured...mysterious.
well more than 10 days out now, with a severe pain behind the knee, which has yet to be diagnosed. Am itching to run, have been doing all the physio exercises even 1k kickboard in the pool on Saturday. Waking up very sore. I think it is time for an MRI, to find out the real cause.

taper cont
40 minutes at Thurs lunch with about 10 by 200m strides on an oval in my spikes.
40 minutes jog around Homebush b4 the Womens 10km.
Heading into the 10km tonight, have decided to wear the spikes, which I find out whether this is a good choice or otherwise. Hopeing the body holds up and aiming to break 31.
